[Urgent Notice: Cancellation of Athletic Meet Due to Severe Weather]

Dear Parents and Students, 

As the Hong Kong Observatory has issued a Red Rainstorm Warning Signal at 12:15pm, the school’s Athletic Meet scheduled for this afternoon has been cancelled to ensure the safety of all students and staff. The prize presentation will be rescheduled and held on school campus in due course.

Please note the following emergency arrangements:

(1) Students who are out for lunch and have not returned to the sports ground: Do not head to the venue. Please return home immediately provided that conditions are safe.

(2) Students currently at the sports ground or on their way: Teachers are stationed at the venue to ensure students are sheltering in a safe area. The school will arrange for students to call their parents to coordinate safe dismissal arrangements.
