Recording of the radio interview for the 9th History and Culture Academy – “The Culinary History and Culture of Cantonese Cuisine in Hong Kong” Competition

Organized by the Hong Kong Chinese Culture Development Association and sponsored by the Quality Education Fund, the 9th History and Culture Academy The Culinary History and Culture of Cantonese Cuisine in Hong Kong aims to cultivate participants interest in Chinese culture and history through topics closely related to students daily lives, fostering the spirit of inheriting Chinese culture. 

Our students 4M Tsui Tsz Fung, Lam Yui Yi, Su Chit, Liu Ka Yee have written a radio speech titled Blanched Chicken, introducing the culinary culture of Cantonese white-cut chicken. This piece was selected as an outstanding work in the secondary school category, and the students were invited to an interview at Metro Radio to record their radio speech. 

The work will be aired on the program World Wonderland on Metro Radio FM99.7 from 5 to 6 p.m. on 10 December 2024.
