S2-S5 Admission

Notes for Application

(For Admission in September 2026)

Application Procedure

Application forms can be obtained from our school’s General Office on 1/F or downloaded from the school website (www.ylmass.edu.hk).

Completed application forms should be returned to the school’s General Office (Office hours: from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday and from 9:00 am to 12:00 nn, Saturday) together with the following documents:

1. A photocopy of the school reports of the previous TWO years,

2. A photocopy of document(s) showing the date of birth and resident status of Hong Kong,

3. A photocopy of awards / prizes / certificates if any

Short-listed applicants will be invited for a written test (Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics or other elective(s) if necessary). Selected applicants will be notified by phone within two weeks regarding interview arrangements. If applicants do not receive our notification within one month, it can be inferred that the application is unsuccessful.

• Conduct, extra-curricular activities, awards, special talents and others

All personal data collected will be treated in strict confidentiality and will be used for admission only.All data will be destroyed upon completion of the entire admission process.
