Notes for Application

(For Admission in September 2023)

Application Procedure

Application forms can be obtained from our school’s General Office on 1/F or downloaded from the school website (www.ylmass.edu.hk).

Completed application forms should be returned to the school’s General Office (Office hours: from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday and from 9:00 am to noon, Saturday) at or before 4:00pm, 12 August 2023 together with the following documents:

1. A photocopy of the school reports of the previous TWO years,

2. A photocopy of document(s) showing the date of birth and resident status of Hong Kong,

3. A photocopy of awards / prizes / certificates if any

Selected applicants will be granted an interview. The interview arrangement will be notified by phone shortly afterwards.

• Interview performance

• Conduct, extra-curricular activities, awards, special talents and others

All personal data collected will be treated in strict confidentiality and will be used for admission only.
